Dialling in a slower morning

Start with fresh water and a clean cup. A quiet five minutes matters more than another piece of equipment.

Measure the coffee you use, then change one thing at a time. Keep a short note of the grind, water and result.

A reusable filter and a good rinse keep yesterday’s flavours out of today’s brew. Let the brewer dry before putting it away.
